Fly, Little Bird

Overview

This Capstone Project is a musical that alternates between real-world and animated scenes. Inspired by the memory of Gabriel Carvalho's grandmother, the film focuses on the strength of the elderly and the experiences of this life stage that are often made invisible. The narrative deals with our origins and the loss that comes with them. The idea is simply to feel the loss, rather than question it. Furthermore, the project reflects how I view the university itself, including the stars to represent the lessons learned along this journey.
