Since January 2010, Boris has been a skipper in the port of Ensuès-la-Redonne. Aboard his traditional Marseillaise barquette, he offers a different approach to fishing: more responsible, more local, and ultimately, more sustainable. From his nets to his boat, and from species selection to the final sale, every detail is designed with this vision in mind.
