Overview

The film tells the story of Tianpeng Marshal, who is in charge of the 100,000 sailors in Tianhe, who is willing to offend Tianting and being demoted to mortal world after meeting a neon fairy who can't be loved. Tianpeng and Neon are destined to kill each other forever, and the cowardly Zhu Gangtian (after Tianpeng was demoted) grabs the nine-tooth nail rake to change her life for love and fight to the death with Tianting
