Overview
Fired from his prestigious hospital position for unethical medical practices 'Delta' a technologically-advanced notorious cybercriminal is pushed into the shadows and creates an underground empire centered around a series of dark web red rooms called "No Limit Torture" funded by anonymous patrons where he broadcasts live streams of gruesome and fetishistic tortures for a wealthy, sadistic audience.
