Overview
A frenetic gaze sweeps across the tumultuous Mexico City, a colossal metropolis sustained by the myth of mestizaje and other colonial violences. Past and present weave a flurry of images; fragmented memories of this territory. Ancient deities take shape, dreams unfold amidst intimacy, complicity, and tumult. An erratic film that invites us to reimagine the complex relationship we have with "Mexicanness."
