This is a reset button for the brain. It's a tool to sooth through taking your mind to a place of awe and limitless expanse. If you're stressed out, experiencing heavy emotional turmoil, or just need to give your brain a quick break, I invite you to come back and watch as needed. In order for this to be an effective tool please turn off everything else. Don't do any other thing while watching. Find a quiet place, use headphones or speakers, and allow your mind to take a short rest. Remember to breathe deeply and calmly as you go along.
