Overview
In his diary , seventeen - year - old Pyotr Lebedev wrote: "The highest, purest love peculiar only to man is the love of science, art and the motherland." He lived his short and extremely fruitful life, burning himself without a trace. Pyotr Nikolaevich Lebedev experimentally proved the pressure of light on solids and thus entered the history of world science. Russian science will always honor Lebedev as the creator of the Russian physical school. The film is based on the dramatic story of a scientist and a citizen, based on exclusive documentary material.
