The documentary is a bet to make visible the men and women who live and work in the Colombian countryside, sowers of life, food producers and guardians of seeds. A journey through various experiences of community work and agroecological production in the country, testimonies of the ancestral struggles that the peasant communities continue today in defense of the territory, food and life. Voices, songs and faces of dignity that denounce, summon and propose.
