Celebrating its 150th anniversary, the 1859 Goodman-LeGrand House & Museum offers a trip back in time to the beginning of Tyler. The Goodman-LeGrand House & Museum housed four generations of the Goodman and LeGrand families before it was bequeathed to the City of Tyler after Sallie Goodman's passing in 1939. Join us for a journey through the history and stories behind the artifacts of the Goodman-LeGrand estate. Furnished with the original belongings of the Goodmans, the Goodman-LeGrand House & Museum offers a chance to view the furniture, clothing and priceless personal treasures just as they were over 70 years ago.
