Overview

World-champion breaker Mike Reeves teaches the finer points of breaking, from a wooden board to several stacks of concrete. Begin with the basics of setting up a break, hand preparation and board selection. Then, learn a dozen breaks, including the punch, knife hand, hammerfist, elbow, side kick, back kick and axe kick. From there, progress to the final challenge: breaking five stacks of boards in quick succession.
