Overview

In the Kingdom of Ha, a land bordered by monster-infested wilds, an ancient law dictates that any Bearer, a male capable of conceiving the White Tiger's heir, must be crowned King to prevent a seven-year famine. After decades of silence, Il-oh, a lowly slave, suddenly manifests as a Bearer. Following the omen, the former King abdicates, and the Crown Prince, Jang Woon, is demoted to a mere attendant tasked with serving the new, unwilling sovereign. Within the palace, a grim secret lingers: once a Bearer bears an heir at age twenty, he is destined for death. Amidst this chilling tension, Il-oh finds solace in Jang Woon, offering him his heart. However, as Il-oh turns twenty, the divine White Tiger, Geon-yoo, descends to claim his prize. While Geon-yoo seeks only to sire an heir and regain his freedom, Il-oh faces a tragic fate.
