Overview
"God, protect me however you can---" Somewhere in the spiritworld is a boiling bath of blood. It's here that Gill, commander of beasts, and his dragon tribe recline in victory, having slain Keshiel, the Knight Protector of Flame, and destroyed the thumb seal, one of 20 seals containing the fingers and toes of the beast king Gill fights to free. The reprieve from war is brief. Gill's activities have flustered another spiritbeast army, and there is news that they are about to attack the next seal ahead of him. "Piddling whelps," the commander chuckled. "I'll show them how it's done!" "What do you mean, sir......" "Listen, my army! We go to battle! Now's your chance to raise the honor of the dragon tribe to new heights!" The battlefield is Izunoe, the land that sealed the beast king's left middle finger. It's protected by Guardian of Lightning Nina, blessed by the gods of thunder. Nina fights to defend her honor, Gill to increase his own.
