Overview
The Hondo Police's God Weapon Control Division is assigned the case of an island that is now in complete isolation and darkness due to the appearance of a giant lid that is covering it. Two officers are dispatched to investigate: Ganji and Suzu Amamiya, the only people capable of breaking through the hard cover. As they progress further into the matter, the pair learns that the island's residents are under the rule of their priest Guji, who asks for daily worship and sacrifice to their god. However, Ganji and Suzu suspect the lid is not the work of a simple criminal—and that Guji might be hiding a sinister secret from his devotees. [Written by MAL Rewrite]
