Overview

Misuzu Okamoto, a 29-year-old office worker, knows too well that being intimate with another person leaves oneself both physically and, more importantly, emotionally vulnerable. After all, her last relationship ended so painfully that even five years later, she comes across as cold and blunt to almost everyone. The sole exception is her popular coworker, Takuma Mikage, who is completely different from Misuzu with his calm yet cheerful demeanor. Opposites attract—Misuzu and Mikage soon reciprocate their feelings for each other, but they eventually bring up their own physical complications. While their colleagues Anri Nakatsu and Eiji Tomita cheer the new couple on from the sidelines, Misuzu and Mikage conclude that everyone simply needs time to work through their problems.
