In their search, they come across the sophisticated submarine Nautilus, secretly cruising under the ocean, and its charismatic captain Nemo.

It was hosted by Miriama Kamo at that time. While some of the content is locally produced much of content is taken from the US 20/20 show produced by ABC.

Created by ABC News executive Roone Arledge, the show was designed similarly to CBS's 60 Minutes but focuses more on human interest stories than international and political subjects.
