It is originally based on an insert song from the live-action TV series Churasan where Gouyaaman was an in-story yuru-chara a character created to help promote tourism to the dying town. In the TV series, Gouyaaman was a failure and the butt of jokes. Unprecedentedly, the TV series was popular and Gouyaaman became a real-life yuru-chara in Okinawa with merchandising.

These five kids claim to be the problem solvers at school, but they often ruin things even more because they are impatient and clumsy. A Shiga prefecture promotional anime. It stars a superhero named Shigutsman, a portmanteau of "shiga" prefecture, "guts," and "man" who lives in Shiga prefecture with other superheroes. Because there is so much peace, the superheroes don't have much to do besides go to community center meetings.

A mysterious superheroine, Dynamic Venus (DV), suddenly descended on modern Japan, which is shaken by natural disasters, radioactivity, and territorial disputes. She solves all problems with her superpowers. However, her unknown identity is Shibayo Yamanobe, a miserable housewife who receives violence from her husband every day.
