Fashion File was a Canadian television series, which aired on CBC Television and CBC Newsworld, as well as internationally in syndication, from 1989 to 2009. The series covered fashion industry news. The series was hosted from its inception until 2006 by Tim Blanks, who left the show at the end of 2006 to join the Canadian fashion magazine Flare as editor-at-large. Over the winter of 2007, the CBC aired Fashion File Host Hunt, a short-run reality show in which ten finalists competed to become the new host of the show. Adrian Mainella was chosen as the new host of the series at the end of the Host Hunt. Other contestants included Peter Papapetrou, Manny Neubacher, Justin Singh, Paul Pogue, Mary Kitchen, Stephanie Pigott, Jamey Ordolis, Raji Sohal and Henrietta Southam. The judges were fashion magazine editors Bronwyn Cosgrave and Suzanne Boyd, and Fashion File executive producer Réjean Beaudin. The series was hosted by Michelle Mama. As of the end of March 2009, Fashion File was cancelled by CBC Television. The press release cites the "current financial situation."

Fast Lane Daily is part of AutoStream, Inc.. Its first episode first aired on February 17, 2007. FLD is currently hosted by Derek DeAngelis and runs daily, Monday through Friday. Alex Roy, JF Musial, and Leo Parente have now moved to the DRIVE channel. Most of the clips in the episode were recorded at the Nürburgring when the crew took a trip to Germany during Halloween of the same year. Unlike most episodes, which are normally 5 minutes in length, the 1,000th episode ran for over 20 minutes and was the first one in high definition.
Fast Money is an American financial stock trading talk show that began airing on the CNBC cable/satellite TV channel on 2006-06-21. Beginning October 10, 2007, it was broadcast every weeknight at 5pm ET, one hour after the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange, until mid-2011 when it was moved to just four nights per week, Monday through Thursday, to make room for special option and currency trading shows on Friday evenings. On March 22, 2013, it returned to the Friday night slot as a half-hour show, followed by the Options Action half-hour show. The show originates from the NASDAQ MarketSite in New York City.

Final Score is a BBC Television programme produced by BBC Sport. The programme is broadcast on late Saturday afternoons in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, usually on BBC One. BBC Northern Ireland opts away during the last ten minutes to cover local results, BBC Scotland runs a different programme altogether – Sportscene Results. Final Score is also broadcast on Boxing Day, New Year's Day and Easter Monday plus a special Sunday edition on the final day of the Premier League. The programme, which is currently presented by Jason Mohammad, provides viewers with the results from the main football league matches played on that day. Final Score is also broadcast on Saturday afternoons on the BBC Red Button and online for two hours before the BBC One broadcast begins. First Local is a 15 or 30 minute television community news and information program produced by Rogers TV. The program design is based upon that of a television newscast. In some communities the program is daily, others it is a weekly or bi-weekly program. Generally each program incorporates local news, sports and weather information. As with most shows on Rogers TV it is produced using the resources of volunteers from the community.
First National was a Canadian television newscast, which aired on the Global Television Network's stations in Ontario and Manitoba from 1994 to 2001. It was also seen in Quebec after Global launched there in 1997. The program's anchor was Peter Kent. Although the newscast aired in only three provinces at most, its format was that of a national newscast, broadcasting national and international, rather than local, news. On February 9, 2001, following Global's acquisition of the WIC group of stations, First National aired its final broadcast. Global aired WIC's Canada Tonight in its place until Global National debuted on September 4. Kent then moved into a management role with the network; he later left broadcasting to pursue a career in Canadian politics.

First Person was an American TV series produced and directed by Errol Morris. The show engaged a varied group of individuals from civil advocates to criminals. Interviews were conducted with "The Interrotron", a device similar to a teleprompter: Errol and his subject each sit facing a camera. The image of each person's face is then projected onto a two-way mirror positioned in front of the lens of the other's camera. Instead of looking at a blank lens, then, both Morris and his subject are looking directly at a human face. Morris believes that the machine encourages monologue in the interview process, while also encouraging the interviewees to "express themselves to camera".
