While planning the eventual DVD release for "1991: The Year Punk Broke", Dave Markey cut a 40-minute film out of unused footage to create a companion piece to include. The film was also shown to a handful of lucky audiences before the DVD's eventual release in 2011. It's an awesome bonus with tons of great footage that could have easily been in the film. These songs were probably the best to leave out of the full-length film, since 2 were brand new and still quite shaky. The only tour staple not accounted for in either film is "Mary-Christ". If what you know about male models comes straight from Zoolander, Pedro Andrade's special will give you a very different picture. It's a world of photo shoots and international travel, but there are also tiny models' apartments and even tinier paychecks.

We proceeded with the project "That Place Gaepo-dong" to gather people's memories of the spaces and trees that will disappear from the Gaepo-Jugong Apartments, which are set to be redeveloped. (...) We recorded a documentary the process of attempting to preserve the metasequoias that long lived on the site designated as a park within the redevelopment complex. Ultimately, the trees could not be saved. However, the felled trees and their stumps were moved to Seoul Forest Park to serve as a memorial. (Lee Seong-min)

In this film, orchids are portrayed as indigenous beings who have thrived despite humans' indiscriminate colonization of ecosystems. Orchids take centre stage as protagonists, unfolding their unique or ordinary narratives from a plant-centred viewpoint. As such, the diverse and multidimensional dynamics of the transhuman community, which all ecosystem members belong, are revealed, and human audiences finally encounter 'Planet Orchid'.
